Strathcona County Ecumenical Mission
St. Thomas’ is a founding member of this event, which happens each year in October. We join with 10 other area churches to bring in a top speaker who inspires, engages and enlightens us in a four-day series of breakfast, luncheon and evening sessions. The Ecumenical Mission is open to all members of the community, and is always a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the hospitality, fellowship and liturgical styles of other churches – United, Lutheran, Catholic, Ukrainian Catholic and Presbyterian, as well as Anglican.

Hospitality Teams
The 9 a.m. service on Sundays has Hospitality Teams which take it in turns to manage the full range of greeting and hosting before and after services. These teams make it a priority to welcome parishioners and newcomers, and to welcome all afterwards over coffee and treats.
