Holy Baptism
The celebration of the rite of Holy Baptism is the welcoming of a person or persons into the body of Christ. The rite requires preparation by both the community and the candidates, and services of baptism typically take place four times a year, during special seasons of the Church.

Confirmation
These classes are held periodically and address all aspects of the Christian faith as practiced in the Anglican tradition. Confirmation is for those 14 years and up (including adults) interested in reaffirming their baptismal vows.

Marriage
A ministry of preparation for those contemplating marriage within the Anglican Church is available through St. Thomas’. Weddings may be performed by arrangement with the clergy, and additional features, such as choir or worship band, may also be requested.

Funeral Services
Anglican funeral rites are available at or through St Thomas’, by arrangement with the clergy. St. Thomas’ works closely with funeral directors in the area to facilitate the planning of funerals and the care of those who mourn.

Cemetery
St. Thomas’ has its own cemetery at Colchester, currently a quiet rural area four miles south of Sherwood Park. Please direct inquiries about our cemetery to the church office.
